No gambling

MyMiniBet runs no gambling of any kind: there is no stake, no payment to bet, no winnings and no prize offered by the site (article L320-1 of the French Internal Security Code, Code de la sécurité intérieure). The site does not link to any real-money betting site.

The only thing at stake in a bet is a dare, or just bragging rights. Dares are chosen freely by the participants, who must keep them safe and respectful of everyone: no risky challenges, no humiliation, no forced drinking, no money. To learn more, read our guide to betting without money.

What visitors write

The organizer of a bet writes the question, the possible answers and the dare; participants type a first name (or a nickname) and their prediction. These texts are only visible to people who have the bet’s link: they are never published on a public page or in search engines.

The organizer is responsible for what they write. The publisher may delete abusive bets (insulting, hateful, dangerous or unlawful content).

To report abuse or ask a question, including for authorities under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), email contact@prozissimo.com with the link of the bet concerned. Languages: French and English.

Intellectual property

The MyMiniBet name, the dice mascot, the site’s design and its texts belong to the publisher and may not be copied without permission.

Advertising

The site may later show Google AdSense ads, only after your choice in Google’s certified consent message, only on guide pages and never on a bet’s page. MyMiniBet does not choose individual ads and does not vouch for their content; the gambling ad category will be blocked.
